CIRCULAR YOGA STRETCH
Round ligament stretching is a normal pregnancy-related process that can cause pain.

Pain in the pelvis

In the second half of pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, pelvic pain is associated with the location and / or movements of the fetus.

“ALTERNATE CONTRACTIONS” OF THE UTERUS
“Jerky” uterine contractions, also known as Braxton-Hicks contractions, can cause pain. Braxton Hicks contractions usually start in the third trimester, but can also start in the second trimester. These contractions are not associated with childbirth and are characterized as: irregular, rare, unpredictable, irregular, rather unpleasant than painful, do not increase in intensity and frequency, decrease in strength and disappear in a short period of time. Contractions last 30-120 seconds. It is important for a pregnant woman to be able to correctly identify Braxton-Hicks contractions so that the clinical signs of preterm labor do not go unnoticed.

NAUSEA
Nausea/vomiting often accompanies pregnancy in the first trimester, often accompanied by abdominal pain. The reason for this is intestinal discomfort.

PAIN AFTER 12 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY
After 12 weeks of pregnancy, the uterus increases in size so much that it partially passes from the small pelvis into the abdominal cavity and becomes an organ of the abdominal cavity. This can cause compression of the abdominal organs, which will be clinically manifested by the corresponding symptoms. More often, compression of the kidney, ureter, or bladder occurs, causing urinary retention. Clinically manifested by severe pain and discomfort, difficulty urinating. This process is often accompanied by a secondary urinary tract infection.

HIGH PROGESTERONE
During pregnancy, a high level of progesterone reduces the tone of the lower esophageal sphincter, the peristalsis of the small and large intestine, the tone of the gallbladder, the tone of the ureters. These physiological changes can give us complications such as: gastroesophageal reflux, constipation, cholelithiasis, nephrolithiasis. These nosologies are clinically manifested by abdominal pain.
